This page shows our range of AllerTag™ Capsules, sometimes known as identification tags, medical jewelry, drug allergy tags, emergency tags and lifesaving jewellery tags. Inside this capsule is a rolled paper insert. This is where you write your own medical details or even your Organ Donor information All the Capsules are the same size. All have the Snake and Staff logo on the one side, the other side has 'allertag'. All are provided with a quality stainless steel chain or resin necklet as indicated. How to order AllerTag™ ID Jewellery can be ordered in three ways - by phoning 0121 233 7455. We will take your order and payment details and process them accordingly      or - by clicking on the "Add" button near to the item. You will be forwarded to our shopping cart. This will show what you are about to order. To continue with the order press the Go to checkout button. You will then be asked for your address and credit card payment details. Finally you will be asked to confirm the order. You will be emailed to confirm that we have received your order. Your AllerTag™ will arrive approximately 2 to 4 days later. If you are unsure about anything, you can email us.
