Donor Cards - We can forward a card/organ donor registration form and associated information to you with your purchase of any of our products. Or, you can purchase our New Medical donorcard Tag Necklace. - How to order - Any of our products can be ordered in three ways - by phoning 0121 233 7455. We will take your order and payment details and process them accordingly, simply mention that you would like a donor card as well      or - by clicking on the Donor Card button below. After approximately 25 seconds you will be forwarded to an order page. This will show what you are about to order. You can then click the "Resume Shopping" button so that you can select the item of jewellery you wish to purchase. When you are ready and have selected what you would like to purchase you can press the "ORDER VIA SHOPCREATOR" button. You will then be asked for your address and credit card payment details.Finally in the information box at the bottom of the page please input your engraving details for the jewellery item. You can click here to see an example of the area where you type in the engraving. Your item will arrive approximately 2 to 4 days later. Or, if you are unsure about anything, you can press the "E-MAIL ENQUIRY" button.
